We wanted to do things a little differently here at Healthology Experts...
So rather than a big public sauna and big public cold plunge; we decided to keep it private.
We know that a private setting allows for people to more fully settle into their wellness goals. Each of our services take place in private rooms to offer peace and tranquility.
But the great thing about our private rooms is that you can also bring your wellness partner along as well! The sauna and cold plunge are great to experience with your spouse, a friend, or a family member who is also pursuing wellness.
One of our Wellness Guides will be there every step of the way to lead you through these wellness protocols and answer any questions you might have.
Please remember to bring a swimsuit for the Cold Plunge and Sauna. Towels are provided.
